Main Engine Introduction

1. The whole of frame of the machine uses the whole steel plate made of national standard materials for stable quality and its mould and the whole machine adopt the process of annealing.  All planes and holes of the body frame be processed in the CNC (a machining center) at once to ensure that the body frame is firm, not deformed with a fine balance and all planes and holes are accurate.

2. Equipped with high-pressure gas recovery system can recover about 25% of the high-pressure gas . The recovered gas can be used as the low-pressure operation of the machine without configuring a low-pressure air compression system, which saves the investment cost of the low-pressure air compression system and the power consumption of the low-pressure air compressor.

3. The latest patented structure, centralized heating, separate bottle blowing, saves energy consumption.

4. Double connecting rod curved arm clamping structure design benefits from simple and fast mold change and rapid mold change takes only 30 minutes.

5. The constant temperature 120 ℃ heating system is less affected by the external temperature. Rotary preform heating is also conducive to uniform heating of the perform and reduce rejection rate. The exhaust fan can adjust the speed according to the temperature of the heating box to ensure that the temperature of the heating box is maintained within a certain temperature range, and ensure the finished product rate of bottle blowing.

6. The stepping system adopts the patented double drive double point structure the linear guide rail to protect the chain and reduce inertial impact. The linear guide rail can withstand 10 tons of bearing force.

7. High pressure compensation mold locking structure ensures the quality of bottle blowing.

8. Bottom mold blowing structure ensures that bottle bottom is easy for demoulding and cooling.

9. All openable parts of the whole equipment are installed with safety emergency protection devices to ensure safe production and eliminate artificial unsafe factors.

10. Bottle shape setting parameters have 4 groups of memory functions which is convenient for mold replacement.
