Main Engine Introduction

Heating System

4.The preform is almost completely heated by radiation, so the working temperature of the heating furnace is very low. This ensures fast startup times and a wider process window.
5.Perform temperature detection function can effectively shorten the heating distance, reduce energy consumption and improve heating efficiency.
6.In the continuous heating system, the heating intercept between the bottle embryos is 76~96mm, which effectively uses the heating space of the lamp tube and improve the heating efficiency and energy saving effect of the perform (the energy consumption can be saved up to 30%).

Displacement and Intercept System

Blowing and Forming System
1.The forming group use servo driven and Bottom formwork structure linkage.
2.The stretching rod is driven by a servo motor, which can ensure the adjustment to the speed and position required for special applications, and has high repeatability.
3.The blow molding station adopts (synchronous control by high-precision motion controller, stable under high-speed state) servo motor coordinating with reducer driving opening and closing mold and Bottom formwork linkage structure. Air blowing valve group of high speed precision meets the requirements of high production capacity.
4.Double connecting rod curved arm clamping structure design benefits from simple and fast mold change and rapid mold change takes only 30 minutes.
Air Pressure / Blowing System
