    High Speed Linear Servo Motor Variable Intercept Series PET Bottle Blowing Machine

    Main Engine Introduction  


    The whole of frame of the machine uses the whole steel plate made of national standard materials for stable quality and its mould and the whole machine adopt the process of annealing.    


    All planes and holes of the body frame be processed in the CNC (a machining center) at once to ensure that the body frame is firm, not deformed with a fine balance and all planes and holes are accurate.


    Preform Entering System

    1.The whole train of machines is fixed on the machine to reduce the machine configuration space

    2.Preform entering system is equipped with multiple safety protection devices to ensure that the preform exists and the defective perform cannot enter machine. 

    3.Using the continuous perform entering system

    4.The continuous rotating perform entering system is closely combined with the machine, which effectively reduce the area of the machine covering. Perform has no turnover and simple structure.


    Rotating system

    1.Rotating system effectively shorten heating spacing, reduce energy consumption and improve heating efficiency.

    2.The system is horizontal distribution with perform no turnover and has simple structure,  the displacement step is driven by a servo motor and the clamping claw is fixed on the timing belt; Variable intercept system is adopted and the servo motor controls the intercept change to ensure high-speed operation and accurate positioning

    3.The perform made of composite polymer material is added into the hot furnace chain and continuously transmitted without lubrication with quick change mandrel.

    Heating System

    1.When changing the lamp tube, the heating box can be directly turned over and serviced on the machine.

    2.The water channel of the heating box directly runs through the heating system to protect the mouth of the perform.

    3.The system optimizes exhaust system to cool the surface of the perform.

    4.The preform is almost completely heated by radiation, so the working temperature of the heating furnace is very low. This ensures fast startup times and a wider process window.

    5.Perform temperature detection function can effectively shorten the heating distance, reduce energy consumption and improve heating efficiency.

    6.In the continuous heating system, the heating intercept between the bottle embryos is 76~96mm, which effectively uses the heating space of the lamp tube and improve the heating efficiency and energy saving effect of the perform (the energy consumption can be saved up to 30%).

    7.Reversible heating box is convenient for replacement and maintenance of heating lamp.


    Displacement and Intercept System

    1.Servo motor is used for displacement, and the clamping claw is fixed on the timing belt.

    2.Using the variable lead screw and servo drive ensures high-speed operation and precise positioning. The displacement step is driven by servo motor (The advantages of high-precision motion controller are synchronous control, high speed, stability and repetitive shift accurate to 0.05mm), and the clamping claw is fixed on the timing belt; Variable intercept system is adopted, and the servo motor controls the intercept change to ensure high-speed operation and accurate positioning.


    Blowing and Forming System

    1.The forming group use servo driven and Bottom formwork structure linkage.

    2.The stretching rod is driven by a servo motor, which can ensure the adjustment to the speed and position required for special applications, and has high repeatability.

    3.The blow molding station adopts (synchronous control by high-precision motion controller, stable under high-speed state) servo motor coordinating with reducer driving opening and closing mold and Bottom formwork linkage structure. Air blowing valve group of high speed precision meets the requirements of high production capacity.

    4.Double connecting rod curved arm clamping structure design benefits from simple and fast mold change and rapid mold change takes only 30 minutes.


    Air Pressure / Blowing System

    1.The combination of high-speed and precision blowing valve group can meet the requirements of high production capacity.

    2.Two air bags are used to compensate the bottle blowing pressure (one for each combined template).


    Electronic Control System

    1.Human machine interface control system is easy to operate.

    2.Touch screen interface with diagram: storing all parameters related to machine control, the process of the heating and blowing, alarming and fault diagnosis, production statistics, maintenance and repair procedures and videos and operation manual and standby list.

    3.10.4 inch graphic touch display with 64K color


    Others

    1.All electric linkage structure ensures high-speed operation and precise positioning of the machine.

    2.Adopting quick die change structure

    3.Shaft rod clamping with self-lubricating graphite bearing (no requiring cleaning and maintenance)

    4.Low energy consumption, low wear and low pollution.

    5.Compact layout and small overall size

    6.All electric operation do without lubricated heating furnace chain.
